First week last week and just about to go for first weigh in. I can advise that Judith is a very friendly lady and makes newbies feel welcome and I know somebody whose lost a colossal amount of weight so Judith is serious in helping her members lose their weight, which is the whole point. A small intimate group of members and very interesting information/support in first week when I stayed to group. Plan is easy to follow. In fact, I’ve eaten more on the plan with weight watchers than before I started and the recipes are real food so not like a diet.
