Slimming world offer an easy to follow healthy eating plan, i have been on it myself for over six months and i have never been hungry, i have managed to lose weight steadily and i have enjoyed some wonderful meals. I was told when I went to the Abbotsford church clydebank that the weight watchers classes where only on at 10 o’clock and not 12 o’clock as they used to be as I have been a regular user over the years
